Additional Equipment Options
Automatic loading and unloading system
Automated Kimla Storesystem loading and unloading system. The Storesystem device was created to maximize the efficiency of laser cutters. The Storesystem construction consists of a rack in which sheets of metal are stored, a system that takes the sheet from the warehouse and transports it to the cutting table and a system that collects cut elements and puts it on selected shelves on the rack. The compact design of the Kimla Storesystem allows for expansion with further storage racks. Storesystem in conjunction with the Kimla laser works automatically, eliminating the need for human work when loading sheets and unloading cut elements. During the laser operation, the operator can quickly and conveniently control the system and optimize material flow.
Automatic Nozzle Changer
Functionality allows for even more automated cutting process on a fiber laser. The drawer placed inside the housing of the laser cutter contains sockets for twelve nozzles, as well as a special brush that can automatically clean them during replacement.
Ink printer
The automatically lowered marking head allows for quick signing of Ink Printer option for fiber laser cutting machine sheets before cutting them, thanks to which subsequent identification of details automatically distributed on the sheet by integrated nesting is not a problem. The print head marks the details using ink, which can be easily cleaned later without leaving any trace after marking.
Third Material Table
The innovative, proprietary three-pallet system provides the possibility of using high-speed fiber lasers without unnecessary waste of time for handling cut materials. During the laser operation, the operator has the option, in addition to the automated cycle of reloading cut sheet metal, also manually loading and unloading elements from the third pallet. The optional loading and unloading system can be integrated with both the central part of the changer and the last pallet. Compared to a two-pallet system, the three-pallet changer integrated with the loading and unloading system enables even more flexible and more efficient operation of the entire laser cutting socket.
Hybrid tube cutting attachment
A special type of pallet used in the Kimla fiber laser with an additional steering axis. It allows you to cut shapes and cut pipes with diameters up to 200 mm. The maximum pipe length depends on the laser model (with LF1530 it is 3,000 mm). The cut pipe rests freely during the cutting process, without a system of handles that block the possibility of cutting at the ends of the pipe. Thanks to this, it can be cut without unnecessary waste.
Touch scanner
The touch scanning head is used, among others, to scan details to make duplicates or to enter into computer memory for further processing. The optional scanning head is an irreplaceable machine equipment for more demanding projects. The probe placed on the laser gate will automatically scan the finished part and duplicate it, which will significantly reduce the time it takes to prepare the project. This scanner is simply irreplaceable when duplicating projects of very complex shapes.
